Data Repository is data aggregated from all the points of care around a patient. As RGV HIE exchanges data between participants, this data is automatically stored on the patient’s health record.

Patient Longitudinal Health record is an electronic health record that contains all available patient data across the continuum of care.
Secure Clinical Messaging
Secure Clinical Messaging is a secure, encrypted email service that enables users to send and receive messages and attachments containing protected health information

Personal Health Record is a secure online website for patients to access their health information and communicate with their Providers.
ADT Alerts
Admit/Discharge/Transfer Notifications alerts are sent to Provider via secure clinical messaging.
Lab Results Delivery
Lab Results Delivery is a secure solution that delivers hospital lab, pathology, and radiology results as well as transcription reports and hospital discharge summaries to physician practices
RGV HIE Disease Registry
Disease Registry is a tool for capturing and tracking vital patient information of a defined patient population to manage patients with chronic diseases. Participating in the RGV HIE Disease Registry aids in meeting MU specialized registry Stage 2 requirements.
